In the last year we lost both Samson and Rambo. Of course
that left a hole in our hearts. Although they can never be replaced, we
decided to get a new puppy to help fill the void. To avoid the continual
trips to the groomer we opted for something new. We decided on a Chihuahua.
We drove to Homestead to a groomer we had found. Angela was considering a
puppy too so she went along. There were maybe 6 or puppies available. I sat
down on the ground and immediately Rocky (the little black one) came and sat
in front of me and barked and chased off any of the other puppies that
wanted to see me. There was no doubt he was the one for me. Angela had a
harder time. She fell in love with Rocky's sister who had already been
purchased. There's no doubt things happen for a reason because she ended up
choosing Peanut and he really is perfect for she and Olivia. |
