We decided on a long weekend in Key West for a couple of reasons. Every time we're there it is so hot that you can't really enjoy walking around.  The weather for the weekend was very mild and pleasant. The only bad thing was that the weather prevented us from doing a couple of the main things we wanted to try. It was too windy to be on the water at all - small craft warnings!! We had really wanted to take the waverunner tour around the island and the eco tour. I guess both will have to wait until next time!!
